The Place
Here is a classic charming small hotel: guests feel as if they are staying with friends in the country. Not too long ago, cows were kept here, and there was a not particularly profitable dairy. Guests enjoy privacy and calm in authentic rustic cottages (casitas) and suites.
The furnishings are restricted to what is absolutely necessary in a farmhouse: your room will have a bed with fine white linen, a chair or two and a table. The walls are of beige, square-cut stone. Breakfast is a light buffet with fresh produce from neighbouring farms: cheese, eggs, milk, home-baked bread and jams. A little observatory has also been built here for star-gazing on the many clear nights. For hot days, there is a beautiful swimming pool near the old mill. Sant Blai could well be the farm holiday of your dreams. And the beautiful beach of Es Trenc is minutes away by car.
Saint Blai has a resident donkey named Pepper; who is something of a celebrity with over 5,000 followers on twitter. Marta and Roger’s sense of humour is just one of the things that makes this hotel special.
